USA Film Festival - For more than ten years we have been the media and public relations arm of this, the oldest and largest film festival in Dallas, planning events, securing publicity and handling celebrity liaison for:

KidFilm - This production of the USA Film Festival is the largest and oldest in the United States. VGS handles public and media relations for the festival.

Charity Premiere of Star Wars: Episode I, Benefiting Children's Medical Center of Dallas - A highly successful event for one of the nation's premier children's hospitals. We worked creatively with the movie's themes to make the evening special for 750 guests at a post-screening reception. Exiting the film, the audience walked a red carpet into a fantastically decorated reception tent, complete with a Hollywood marquee entrance, colossal light sabers and images of Star Wars characters.

Grand Opening Celebration for Gilda's Club North Texas - We coordinated three days of events to honor donors, volunteers, members and the medical resource council for Gilda's Club North Texas. Activities included a major donor dinner, club member luncheon, grand opening reception, council breakfast, ribbon cutting ceremony and community open house.

VISIONS: The Women's Expo - For several years VGS has been responsible for all event publicity, including television and radio interviews, media pitches, public appearance tours, as well as programming for the event.

Corporate Private Reception at the Palacio de Fernán Núñez in Madrid, Spain - We coordinated all details for this most unique reception site. The 50 guests had an exclusive night at the historical palace built in 1847. Event planning activities included palace booking, invitation design, menu planning, decorations, welcome gifts for guests, transportation to and from reception site and entertainment.

The Salvation Army Super Lunch VI through X - Over several years we have worked this event held at Texas Stadium and hosted by Dallas Cowboys owner and general manager, Jerry Jones. VGS managed the media and public relations as well as designing all printed materials and mailings. VGS also staffed the event.

The Cultured Cup's Annual Best Iced Tea Contest - VGS handled all details for the search for the best-flavored iced tea in the Dallas area, including restaurant selection and site coordination, judge criteria, equipment rentals, design and production of contest invitations, promotional pieces, award design and production, and media relations.
